Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property that is caused by you or your party during your stay.

- Please: no smoking, be mindful of the neighbors/keep your noise level reasonable. Renters agree to vacate rented premises no later than the hour and date shown reserved. 1. There shall be NO SMOKING inside the premises. 2. Pets may be brought onto the premises with special permission from owner. There is a fee of $100 upon approval by owner. 3. No fireworks or firearms are permitted inside the premises or on the grounds. 4. The landlord or their designated representative has the right to inspect the premises without prior notice at any time to enforce the terms of this agreement. Should the tenant violate any terms of this agreement, the rental period will be terminated immediately. 5. The tenant may not sublet the premises. The premises are leased for no more than 6 persons. Principal Tenant must stay at the property during the rental term and must be 21 years old. 6. The Tenant shall maintain the premises in a good clean condition and use the premises in a careful and lawful manner. Cleaning services are provided upon checkout for normal usage. The Tenant shall pay for any excessive damage or cleaning required beyond normal use. The Tenant shall place trash and recycling materials in the containers provided. 7. The Tenant and their guests shall behave in a polite, civilized manner and shall be a good neighbor. The Tenant shall be mindful of their noise level and do nothing likely to disturb neighbors. Creating a disturbance shall be grounds for immediate termination of this Agreement and Tenant shall vacate the premises at that time. 8. Tenant expressly acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement is for transient occupancy of the premises, and that the Tenant does not intend to make the property a residence or household.
