French Cottage was clean, romantic and beautiful. Surprisingly spacious for a small cabin! The enjoyed our stay so much. It was easy to find and close to lots of restaurants, shops and other attractions. We had so much fun staying at the French Cottage!
Beautiful property up in a quiet area in the mountains but still close to alot of state parks and a cute little town. It was the perfect weekend getaway!
The cottage was idyllic. The abundance of windows made me feel as if I was part of nature. Saw deer over the hill one afternoon when I went for an outside shower . I spooked a couple at sunrise one morning off the front porch. Just beautiful and relaxing. All of the touches were well thought out and seemed just perfect.
My husband and I had a wonderful time at The French Cottage! We came here for our honeymoon and the cottage is absolutely adorable and so romantic. Cindy and Anthony are wonderful hosts, very communicative and made the whole trip a breeze. We never ran into any problems. My husband and I chose The French Cottage because of its location and close proximity to Gorges State Park as well as the town of Brevard. Cindy and Anthony have a great little booklet with ideas and recommendations of things to do in the area, which was very helpful. I would say, we stayed a week and with no washer/dryer and no great way to shower indoors, I would say this place is probably best suited to shorter/weekend getaways, but we were still perfectly comfortable and relaxed the whole time. We will definitely be coming back in the future!
