We had a great week in this incredible house! It is very spacious, well-appointed, comfortable and very clean. We especially enjoyed the screened portion of the back porch, where we took our morning coffee. It is a quick walk to the beach, and also very convenient to restaurants and shops.I just can’t say enough about how great this house is!

Fantastic house/location!

We’ve been coming to Pawleys Island and Litchfield Beach for years and this is the best rental spot we’ve ever rented. It’s perfectly set up and decorated and ready to accommodate a group or family. We loved it and will look to book it again!

Gloria & George recently retired from Virginia . Still live in Virginia , but plan on spending more time in Pawley's Island . We enjoy the beach , sometimes all day . We dearly love our 2 children & spouses 5 grand children who are in the Atlanta area . New to hosting but will try to live up to Bruce & Laura's excellent hosting experience.

Why they chose this property

Waccamaw Trace is the perfect location for us . Quiet , safe neighborhood with very friendly neighbors . Although away from Grand Strand bustling areas , we enjoy being tucked away close to ocean , 2 blocks , but close enough access to areas of interest .

What makes this property unique

House is very Beachey , Ceiling fans galore ,probably our ideal Beach Home if we built it . Plenty of parking for guests , Porches , inside beautifully decorated with many unique furnishings . Closeness and numerous accesses to the beaches .
