Delightful 2-bedroom Cottage in Hot Springs

Our Cottage is in the city limits of Hot Springs and 1 mile to the main part of town. It is perched on a bluff overlooking the French Broad River Valley. The interior furnishings are cozy and comfortable with central HVAC and a gas fireplace with a remote. Large spa/hot tub, come soak under the stars! 3 1/2 miles down River Rd. is National Forest land with a park on the French Broad with 2 fishing piers, pic-nic and grilling area and pavilion. Our home is well stocked for your comfort with comfortable beds, nice linens, TV, Wi-Fi, a gas fireplace, charcoal grill, and a lovely porch to sit and take in the view. Roast marshmallows around the fire pit. It's located in a perfect spot that close to the center of Hot Springs, but far enough away to enjoy getting back to nature.
Inquire about our pet rules if you plan to bring a pet. Please no super shedding dogs such as Huskies and German Shepherds.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, the house was roomy and had everything we needed. The hot tub was fantastic, it’s a short distance from Hot Springs Spa, and the communication with Deb was great.

Spectacular!

This very homey cottage has it all - great location, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, great water pressure, easy check in/out and a hot tub! We had a blast in the area and were able to do so much!! We can’t wait to be back and would be thrilled to stay here again! The best part was being able to bring our dogs!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was very clean, cozy, and well-stocked. We appreciated that the kitchen cabinets and drawers were labeled :) We also really liked the hot tub and easy-to-use gas fireplace. We hope to come back soon!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Delightful Cottage! Extremely convenient to hot springs resort barely a hop and a jump. The front porch view is of the river and mountains. Very quiet. Very comfortable beds simple clean decor. All the supplies we needed. Can’t wait to come again

Beautiful cottage in amazing town

Everything about this cottage was absolutely incredible. The view is spectacular. The owner (Deb) provided very detailed information about the cottage and the town. The hot tub with Mountain View was extremely relaxing. It was cozy, comfortable, and everything we were hoping for during our trip. Thank you for everything!!
