Enjoyed our stay, comfortable one bedroom, everything we needed. The washers and dryers were a great perk!Staff was friendly and very responsive. Very happy we decided to stay in Camore and not Banff. Close to everything but great quiet location. I’d stay again when visiting Canmore/Banff.

No parking, air conditioner didn't work in room, construction noise starting at 7am right outside window, and a rude worker that ran you out of the hot tub right at 10pm like his job depended on it.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Check in was easy. Room was clean. Area is quiet, removed from the bustle. Separate towels for the pool, tide provided for laundry, tabs for the dishwasher. Full fridge with ice maker. Full dishes and pans. Very comfortable bed. Outdoor hot tub and pool. Movie rental (borrowing). Only issue was the shower has so much pressure it can take your skin off. But better than no pressure!10/10 would stay here again.

The most disappointing was the view from our room. We were not told that there would be construction happening right outside our room at the time of our stay. This was disappointing for the price we paid. Finally, the people behind the counter were wonderful but had very little knowledge about the surrounding area. Further training is needed in order to help guests. However, the location of the hotel was beautiful, away from the downtown Canmore, and very clean. It had a nice shared recreation room with a large t.v., tables for card games, pool table, and even quiet rooms one can use to do work. Shared BBQ space was great as well. Pool was smaller than expected but had a beautiful view of the mountains.
