About this property

Take pleasure in our condo on the banks of the San Miguel River! This unit is located on the third (top) floor which affords views of the San Miguel River, the box canyon, Bear Creek trail, and Telluride ski area. Also, enjoy music events from Town Park. All from the large corner balcony and wall of east-facing windows.

Relax in our quiet condo with a queen pillow top bed, leather couch (converts to a queen bed), flat screen televisions, and corner balcony. Skiers/boarders, as well as mountain bikers and hikers have lift access 4 blocks away. Hikers and bikers also have access to trails right from the property. At the end of your busy vacation day, relax in the Muscatel Flats hot tub just steps away from the San Miguel River.

Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. If you would like to travel to Mountain Village the gondola is a short walk or you may catch the Galloping Goose (free shuttle) that comes by Muscatel Flats frequently. The Galloping Goose will also be happy to take you to other locations in town, as well. For an evening stroll or to access downtown, the river trail is another great option literally right outside the door!

Years in the making.

Fabulous location with amazing views out the east and south windows. Very nicely upgraded and decorated with a great Colorado flair. Easy walk 4 blocks to the gondola. And, the bus stop is right downstairs on the corner. Kristen was great about explaining everything and making the check in and stay very easy. Didn’t want to leave. ; • {

Must be one of the best spots in Telluride

Superb location at the edge of town, with great access to all it has to offer - views, shops, food, and steps to the gondola. We had a wonderful guys’ ski weekend at the condo! It was a treat to wake up and come home each day to full mountain views. We appreciated how well appointed the place was, the ease of check in/out, and had excellent comms with our host. Couldn't ask for more.

Perfect Telluride Getaway

A fantastic property and a great experience. The views from the many windows are almost hard to believe - mountains everywhere. The building is very quiet and a short walk to both downtown and the gondola. The kitchen is very well equipped and the living room comfortable.

What a view!

This place is immaculate. The Town Park and walking trail is right outside your door. The location is within a few blocks of everything you need. Kristin, the host, was great to deal with as well. Oh did I mention the view? We will be back!

We came to Telluride in 2000 for our honeymoon and fell in love with this place. We now reside in Durango, but have been frequenting the Telluride area for several years now. We love to ski, snowboard, kite ski, xc ski, hike, mountain and road bike. This is definitely such a great place to do all of these things and more!

What makes this property unique

This location is perfect for all seasons. We enjoy falling asleep to the sound of the river on summer nights. The balcony provides beautiful views of the changing Aspen in the fall. During the winter we enjoy the close proximity of the chairlift. In the spring, when the water is flowing fast, we take in views of several waterfalls in the canyon. Finally, we love leaving the car parked for a week at a time, since we can walk or ride our bikes everywhere!
