Whether your stay is for business or pleasure, the light rail to downtown Seattle or SEA-TAC airport is a five minute walk from the unit.

We have incredibly high standards for cleaning and sanitize between each guests' stay.

The Space

Kick back in a completely private unit for you and your guest. This cozy space has the finest features of a luxury extended stay. A beautifully designed bedroom with a queen size bed, breakfast area/work station, walk in rain shower, and full kitchen with dishes, glasses, utensils, pots/pans & more.

The Patio
Updated in 2021: Behind your privacy wall, we have extended the oasis to the outdoors. We have completed a secluded patio/garden area. Inside you will find a seating area for two around a fire pit that can be sheltered by a large overhead umbrella. Grill and enjoy a meal al fresco at the new bistro table. This new space really adds a lot of value to the listing.

Getting Around

The light rail that will take you to SEATAC airport, downtown Seattle, Capitol Hill or the University of Washington, is only 3 short blocks away. From our Othello Station, the Seahawks or Mariners Stadium station is 15 minutes away. the airport or downtown is ~20 minutes, and a short 4 or 8 more minutes will have you to Capitol Hill or the Huskies Stadium at UW.

A must in Seattle!

This is a great spot for a couple. The added benefit of being able to use the private drive made it a must for us. The owners were wonderfully accommodating and the room was very clean. It had everything we needed and more.

Great mini vacation for the football game.

Me and my girlfriend popped over to Seattle for the football game and decided to make a weekend of it. The rental was right next to the link and very easy to find. Checking in was a breeze and the unit was very clean and welcoming. It was a wonderful little home base to have while we explored the city. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place with all the amenities of home and the privacy/convenience you wouldn’t find at a hotel.

Compact couples space near transit

Spent a 4 day weekend in this clean and well equipped unit a 5 minute walk from light rail to both the airport and downtown. Even had a chance to use the fire pit and enjoy the lovely outdoor space.

South Seattle Stay

We very much enjoyed our stay at this Brighton rental. It was clean, modern, and a great location just a couple blocks from the Othello light rail station. The apartment itself is quite small but the beautiful patio makes up for that.
