With bedrooms on the first and third floors, seven balconies and porches including a screened-in porch and rooftop deck, you'll enjoy breathtaking ocean and bay views. Fall asleep to the soothing sound of crashing waves.

This unit provides two dedicated parking spaces, allowing you to park upon arrival and explore Dewey Beach on foot. Rehoboth's boardwalk and dining spots are a short trolley ride away, and Tanger Outlets are just a 10-minute drive.

We welcome dogs, making it a perfect destination for pet lovers. Dewey Beach allows dogs on the beach during mornings and evenings in peak season.

From the moment we arrived at this property, it felt like home. Dewey Beach charmed us instantly, with its quaint shops and restaurants just a stone's throw away in Rehoboth. The soothing sound of crashing waves lulls us to sleep each night, making it the perfect retreat. We hope you'll experience the same sense of belonging and fall in love with Dewey Beach and our home as we did from the very first step inside.

What makes this property unique

Our home offers abundant outdoor living spaces, providing ample room for relaxation even with a full house of guests. The stunning views and close proximity to the water made this property an easy choice for us. We appreciate the layout which allows our children to enjoy upstairs while our friends downstairs are undisturbed by their activity. It's not your typical home where all bedrooms are clustered together, offering added privacy and comfort for everyone.
