SALT & SKY has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, sleeps 10 (including infants and children)
- Upstairs Master w/ king & en suite bathroom
- 1 guest room downstairs w/ queen size bed
- A full bath is located on the first floor. Perfect for individuals who have trouble navigating stairs.
- 2 identical guest bedrooms upstairs, each w/ a queen size bed and balcony
- Full bath upstairs (hall, shared with two guestrooms)

ENJOY THE POOL AND BEACH AT THE OCEAN FRONT CABANA CLUB, just a 15 min drive to Key Colony Beach. The Cabana Club has an olympic size pool, Tiki Bar and restaurant, ocean front sandy beach! Lots of fun for kids and adults! NO EXTRA FEE! Included with the rental! 9 miles from Duck Key.

The Cabana Club has the Sunday Ticket & all NFL games throughout the season! They also have more TVs in the bar!

WHAT TO EXPECT AT SALT & SKY:
-Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook! Coffee provided
-Flat screen smart TV's in every bedroom; 50 inch one in the living area.
-32 foot dock right out your back door so you can quickly access it and the open water (no extra fee)! PLEASE NOTE: You cannot park your boat trailer at the property. It must be parked at the Hawks Cay Marina or another marina in the area, such as Grassy Key Marina. Grassy Key Marina (2.7 mi from property) charges $ 50 day plus a $ 50 launch and pull fee. Hawks Cay Marina (.5 mi from property) charges $ 75 a day, launch included, to store the trailer.

-We supply coffee/tea pods, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, basic cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, bleach, all bed linens and towels (bath and beach)

Great stay in Duck Key!!

The property was clean, well equipped and conveniently located! We loved fishing off the dock in the evenings and having a place to dock our boat. Had manatees that visited daily!

Spent a 4 day weekend with the whole family and accommodations for 8 are comfortable for all. Place was clean and well kept and ready for us. Dock is immediately behind homes for great access for boaters. Will definitely be going back!

There was plenty to do on Duck Key. Property was very good size and clean.

The owner was very accommodating. Helped with all of our needs, going out of their way. We were very appreciative. Would definitely stay again.

Fun trip

Our family had a great time here. This house fit our needs perfectly. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and fishing on the pier in the evening. We even saw a manatee swim by when we were fishing. I would definitely recommend this house for family vacations.

Plenty of space, very nice and clean, and loved having 3 full baths. The dock on the back was perfect for fishing and relaxing. The kids even jumped in and swam. The porch and upper deck were wonderful. The cottage had everything we needed and was exactly as described. Will definitely be back!!

Terrific Time

Best Villa At Hawks Cay!

You cant find many 4 bedroom villas at Hawks Cay! This one is clean and has awesome owners, who are very helpful! We really enjoyed our stay at this villa and have stayed multiple times! No Complaints! If your looking for a good relaxing vacation Hawks Cay is the place to go and this is the villa you want to stay in!

Large Villa overlooking beautiful water

The Villa worked out perfectly for 4 couples. Plenty of space, clean and it was great to have the boat right out your back door! The covered patio out back was so nice to sit and relax overlooking the beautiful water! The owners are very responsive! Thank You!

House steps away from dock!

Had a great time, house is fantastic and the view and access to the boat (around 15-20 steps) was nice after a long day of fishing and diving. Access to the ocean or gulf is only minutes away and made this vacation one of the best we've had in a long time. We'll be back! Craig Tankersley, DC

Another great stay that continues to exceed expectations!

The owners keep this villa immaculate and make booking, staying and checking out seamless. They are so easy to work with. We had 4 adults and 4 children ages 6-12 and the Villa was perfect for each of us! We cannot wait to come back and will likely book additional trips throughout the year. It's nice (and sometimes rare) to have no stress from start to finish when booking a vacation and Jeanne (the owner) does a great job keeping everything smooth!

Beautiful water view cottage

Stayed at this property with my daughter in November 2010. Cottage was well maintained and very clean. We took advantage of the resort amenities and were very satisfied. This cottage backs up to a canal so having breakfast every morning on the veranda was beautiful and relaxing. The owner was very pleasant to deal with and had great suggestions when it came to the local restaurants. I would highly recommend this property.

The home was beautiful! It was just as advertised, and it was in a perfect location for 6 adults! I don't think it would provide a ton of stuff for smaller children, but it was perfect for our stay. Owner reached out to me personally, and we worked through a water heater issue immediately! So glad we picked the home we picked, and the owners were awesome!

We Loved our stay! So relaxing and absolutely beautiful. Sitting on the deck and watching the colorful fish swim by is amazing. This year a Manatee hung out with us for hours. Jeanne is a pleasure to work with. We have never had an issue working with her. We would highly recommend anyone to rent from her.

The property can be rented nightly (2 night minimum on the weekend), so it is a great interim stop if your traveling through the keys or if your vacation time is limited! Dine in one of the restaurants located on the island or it's a short drive to Marathon with plenty of additional options! Rent bikes and explore the island! Pamper yourself at Calm Waters Spa! Enjoy the covered water front patios for morning coffee and tea and cocktails in the evening
