This lovely apartment is situated in the upmarket area of Atalaya in Conil
All bedrooms are spacious have sea and park views. They are decorated to a very high standard and have new comfortable mattresses and pillows with protectors. Each room has its own dressing table and mirror, bedside cabinets and lamps. They have large double wardrobes, and each room has an electric fan, hair dryer, blankets and heating for the winter months. The main bedroom has a small Romeo and Juliet balcony, were you can sit and view the sea. There is a night light for clients use if required, and cots and high chairs can be supplied free of charge. About Andrew or April Townsend
April and I brought Las tres piedras in 2002. After coming to Conil in the subsequent years, we grew to love Conil so much we decided to move her 6 years later. Looking after the property ourselves gives us the opportunity to give our clients the benifit of our experience in property management and a 'personal touch' that is lacking in so many other rental proporties. Why Andrew or April Townsend chose Conil de la Frontera City Center
We fell in love with this apartment because of its perfect location. It overlooks the lovely Atalaya park, and wonderful Fontanilla beach. There is no passing traffic near the flat and so noise is not an issue (many places in Conil can be VERY noisy in the Summer). It is a short walk to the beach and also the old town centre. There are many bars and restaurants within 10 minutes walk including the world famous Fontanilla beach fish restaurant
What makes this Apartment unique
I guess the unique benifits of Las tres piedras has to be the fact that there are REAL sea views from every window. Not a spec in the distance, you can hear the waves lapping up un the sea when you lay in bed at night. We also like to think that Las tres piedras is one of the best located, decorated and equipped apartment in Conil. We both feel very proud reading the hundreds of lovely comments our clients leave in the guestbooks, many who return year after year.
