Welcome to Pine Island Cove in St. James City, Florida. This is a 55+ Community. This is a sesonal rental with a minimum of 1 month rentals. Current open months are December and January. This is a fully furnished manufactured home, offering 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The home was built in 2023. It offers carport parking, a deck overlooking a canal, and a large screened in lanai. This community offers a swimming pool, hot tub, 2 pickle ball courts, bocci ball courts, a club house and private boat launch. There are regular get togethers within the community as well as smaller group activities. It is the perfect spot for the snowbird lifestyle. If you are into fishing you will find some of the best fishing in the world, many public golf courses withing driving distance, and churches, restaurants, and local bars as well. Grocery shopping is just few minutes away. See pictures. No sub-leasing.
