Transport yourself to the 1970s and discover the beauty of COTO LAUREL & PONCE from this lovely 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in a Gated Community close to major highways and plenty of nearby restaurants. Inside, guests find two queen beds and a full size futon, perfect for a restful night. The house features two bathrooms with refreshing showers to start your day right. Stay comfortable year-round with air conditioning in 3 of the bedrooms. An iron and iron board is also available for guests who like to keep things neat. This serene retreat offers a wonderful blend of comfort and convenience. Enjoy your time in COTO LAUREL/ PONCE at our lovely house. The home is currently being renovated inside and out and the existing furniture will be replaced with a more modern decor. Renovations will be completed by the end of February 2026.
