Casa Solduno is a beautiful, stylish and modern 128 square meter apartment on the third floor in Ascona/Solduno.

A large and bright open plan kitchen, dining and living area with a comfortable sofa, offers a homey feeling. The kitchen is modern, open and offers plenty of space.

There are 3 bedrooms in Casa Solduno. Two with double beds and one room with a bunk bed for 2 children.

The main bathroom is modern and en-suite with a bath/shower combination. The second bathroom is also large and has a shower.

Furthermore, Casa Solduno impresses with a large and sunny terrace with seating.

There is one parking space available in the underground garage and one above ground parking space on the street level. An elevator leads from the garage directly to the apartment.

Connections to public transport are close to Casa Solduno making this apartment also suitable for vacation guests who arrive by public transport.

Ideal occupancy: Suitable for 4 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed in Casa Solduno.

Schöne Wohnung

Grosszügige, geschmackvoll eingerichtete, saubere Wohnung mit einer riesigen Terrasse. Entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Check in und check out waren problemlos. Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Meine Tochter und ich haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir können diese Wohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Sehr schöne, ruhige und saubere Wohnung. Zentral gelegen, Locarno Zentrum und Ascona Zentrum sind zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Das einzig Störende war die laute Abwaschmaschine. Daher unser Tipp: nicht über Nacht laufen lassen :-) Wir buchen diese Wohnung sehr gerne wieder! Danke für die unkomplizierte Abwicklung! Top!
