In addition to stylish and high-quality furnishings, you can expect amenities such as a well-equipped fitness area, sauna, smart TVs, PlayStation4 and table tennis.



A highlight of the house is the outdoor area with private pool, where you can spend relaxing days in the sun and swimming. With four balconies and two terraces, you can always find a place to relax with a cold drink or a good book. In agreement with the owner you can use a typical Dalmatian tavern ( a room with dining area, kitchen and fireplace).



Only 200 m from the house you can reach the pebble beach, where you can spend long days on the water. Active vacationers can discover the area on the mountain bike trail, play tennis, pétanque or golf. Trogir can be reached after a short drive.
