Great location in Germantown for hosting a small group of us. Germantown is perfect - 10 mins by car to Broadway and most of downtown meanwhile returning home to the apartment was easy and in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood with cute local restaurants and pubs. The house accommodates with three bedrooms and 2.5 baths with plenty of extra beds for extras if you’re splitting with more folks. A heads up about the price - which we were okay with going into it - but for four nights we did pay a 590 ‘host fee’ which is a little deceptive. I won’t be staying here again, but not because of a lackluster stay; like many things in Nashville, it seems to be turning a bit more into a Vegas-style thing and they’re charging for it. Oh well. Enjoyed my stay and hope you do too if you choose to stay here!
