The holiday rental is located on the 2nd floor at Wasserstraße 12 and features a living room, one bedroom with two single beds, another bedroom with three single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a shower/toilet.

Our holiday apartments (rented by private owners) are located right in Stralsund’s historic old town—on Wasserstraße and Langenstraße.

Thanks to the central location, you’ll find shopping options, restaurants, and attractions right in the area. All apartments are family-friendly and comfortably furnished, accommodating up to six guests depending on the specific apartment. The apartments feature well-equipped kitchens (toaster, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine, iron, oven/grill, microwave, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, etc.). Of course, all apartments feature well-maintained bathrooms.

As guests of our holiday apartments, you are welcome to use our common areas. The game room at Langenstraße 33 features a pool table, a dartboard, and a foosball table.

Tip for ANGLERS: The holiday apartments on Langenstraße have freezers for anglers and a fish-filleting station; a fishing shop is about 100 metres away. Guests staying on Wasserstraße are welcome to use these facilities on Langenstraße as well.



If you’re arriving by car, parking is available at a rate of 8.00 euros per day (as of 02/25) in the nearby car parks (Parkhaus am Hafen, Parkhaus am Meeresmuseum, or Parkhaus am Ozeaneum). With a prepaid parking ticket (parking metre/ticket shop/select days), you can leave the car park and re-enter as often as you like on the days covered by your payment.

Paid EV charging stations are available in the Meeresmuseum (spaces 210-214), Hafen (spaces 89-92), and Ozeaneum (spaces 1-2) car parks.
