The holiday rental (60 square metres) for up to 4 people is located on the ground floor at Langenstraße 33 in an approximately 150-year-old, historic building. It features a fully equipped kitchen-living room with a dining set, a bedroom with a double bed and a closet, a bedroom with twin beds, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine.

Our holiday apartments (rented by private owners) are located right in Stralsund’s historic old town—on Wasserstraße and Langenstraße.

Public transport stops are within walking distance.

Thanks to the central location, you’ll find shopping, restaurants, and attractions right in the area. All apartments are family-friendly and comfortably furnished, accommodating up to six guests depending on the unit. The apartments feature well-equipped kitchens (toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, washing machine, iron, oven/grill, microwave, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, etc.). Of course, all apartments feature well-maintained bathrooms.

As guests of our holiday apartments, you can use our common areas. The game room at Langenstr. 33 features a pool table, a dartboard, and a foosball table.

Tip for ANGLERS: The holiday apartments on Langenstraße have freezers for anglers and a fish-filleting station; a fishing shop is about 100 metres away. Guests staying on Wasserstraße are welcome to use these facilities on Langenstraße as well.



If you’re arriving by car, parking is available at a rate of 8.00 euros per day (as of 02/25) in the nearby car parks (Parkhaus am Hafen, Parkhaus am Meeresmuseum, or Parkhaus am Ozeaneum). With a prepaid parking ticket (parking metre/ticket shop/select days), you can leave and re-enter the car park as often as you like on the days covered by the ticket.

Paid electric vehicle charging stations are available in the Meeresmuseum (spaces 210-214), Hafen (spaces 89–92), and Ozeaneum (spaces 1–2) car parks.
