Family Adventure Cabin With Lake View, Barn Animals, Kayak Rentals and Trails in Houston, Alaska

This Dry Cabin is a peaceful escape for fun and family adventures! This cabin has an amazing view of Twin lakes no matter the season! A great spot for ice fishing, skating, snow-machining, 4-wheeling. On a winter night you might get to see the northen lights.



Visit the barn to pet horses, mini-donkeys, a beautiful arctic goat, geese, and chickens.



Quite surrounding and calming atmosphere

If you are new to alaska or just looking for a place to stay the night, Twin lakes is you’re destination.



The space

First floor is 2 rooms with the entry area a living room/kitchen area with a pull out couch with storage with an additional couch and chair. There is counter space for preparing food, also a breakfast bar area with a stool. The second room on the first floor is a bedroom with a twin bed with a exit door. Then, Climbing a unique ladder to the loft gives you another bedroom with a queen-sized bed with a rocking chair, with the view of the lake.

There is a porta-Potty located on the side of the cabin.

Plenty of parking outside for your vehicles & trailers.

Trails are onsite and nearby.



Enjoy cooking outside with the provided Propane BBQ (propane included) with camp cook top also available.



Bring your lanterns, food, extra water, and firewood as there is a private fire ring available to use.



On clear days, you are more likely to view Denali and neighboring Foraker Mountains from our area than in Denali Park.



Guest access

There are shared areas such as the Lake, Barn, Island, riding trails, & Porta-potty's.

Each cabin has a private picnic area with its own fire ring. Barbecues are available.
