THINGS TO KNOW The house is priced appropriately for its current condition as a rental property in the gated beachfront community. The beach area is subject to change due to tidal conditions. Beachfront properties are exposed to harsh daily conditions from the salt air and sand, so please ensure you are comfortable with this before booking. We cannot guarantee the condition of the sand or the access point to the beach. Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house, like most in the area, does not have air-conditioning. There is no garage access. The property has two condos, and can be rented together. Both units share parking and beach access. The Amtrak runs along the active railroad track on the opposite side of Beach Rd, and the Pacific Coast Hwy, and ocean/tide sounds that can be heard from the unit. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and parties. Deposit forfeitures and evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you're comfortable with these policies before you rent. We cannot guarantee the sand's condition or the beach's access point. Beachfront properties face harsh conditions. As such, the beach area is subject to change due to tidal conditions.
