Unser Familienurlaub ( 5 Erwachsene) in der außergewöhnlich schönen Villa war vom 9.bis 23. August 2025. Wir waren alle begeistert von dem großen ,30 warmen Salzwasserpool mit der grandiosen Aussicht auf das Meer und wir genossen oft auch das nächtliche Schwimmen mit Poolbeleuchtung. Von jedem Zimmer und den Terrassen aus hat man diese spektakuläre, herrliche Aussicht ! Die Villa ist sehr gut konzipiert, so dass man trotz starker Sonne/spanischer Hitze immer ein schattiges Plätzchen findet. Wir fanden es außerdem äußerst angenehm, dass der Pool ab 17 Uhr in den Schatten wanderte. Die Gesamte Ausstattung war exzellent und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Villa war sehr sauber und dank Klimaanlage schön kühl. WLAN hat bei uns in beiden Wohnetagen gut funktioniert. Wir hatten einen sehr netten Kontakt zum Vermieter, der ausgesprochen zuvorkommend ,hilfsbereit und sehr gut erreichbar war. Auch das Verwalterehepaar vor Ort war richtig nett und gab uns zu Beginn eine prima Einweisung in die Villa. Alles in allem hatten wir einen supertollen Urlaub und können die Villa bestens empfehlen. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen !

Nous avons passé deux semaines formidables dans cette superbe villa avec une vue imprenable sur le Peñón d’Ifach. La maison est extrêmement bien conçue : plusieurs terrasses, judicieusement orientées, permettent de profiter d’un coin d’ombre à tout moment de la journée, ce qui est très appréciable sous le soleil de la Costa Blanca.Le coin piscine est un vrai atout, avec une grande piscine à filtration au sel, douce pour la peau et les yeux et une cuisine d'été très bien équipée, avec un espace barbecue, des plaques électriques et réfrigérateur. Parfait pour cuisiner en extérieur et partager des moments conviviaux en famille ou entre amis.Les vues sont magnifiques, de tous les côtés de la propriété. Pour les plus courageux, le lever de soleil vaut vraiment le détour : un moment magique à ne pas manquer.La climatisation dans toute la maison, et notamment dans les chambres, permet de très bien dormir, même lors des nuits les plus chaudes. Chaque détail a été pensé avec soin, ce qui rend le séjour particulièrement confortable.Le contact avec le propriétaire a été parfait : il parle un français impeccable, est très réactif, toujours de bon conseil, et l’échange a été fluide du début à la fin.Le garage fermé, spacieux, peut accueillir deux gros véhicules sans problème, un vrai plus.En résumé, une villa exceptionnelle, très bien pensée, dans un cadre unique. Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour, recommandons sans hésiter… et reviendrons avec plaisir !

Vista espectacular

Hemos disfrutado mucho de esta casa. Además del garaje, la casa está estructurada en una ladera de fuerte pendiente, con tres niveles separados por escaleras, pero todo está pensado para hacer cómodo y fácil la vida en ella. En el nivel de la piscina hay una cocina-barbacoa-bar, cenador, ducha y la piscina con una de las mejores vistas que se puede pedir. El cenador en una cueva artificial posee mucho encanto y la piscina, de agua salada, es magnífica. El siguiente nivel es un apartamento de un dormitorio, también equipado con todo lo que se puede requerir. El nivel de arriba posee dos cómodos dormitorios con dos terrazas para volver a disfrutar de las mejores vistas de la bahía de Calpe y del peñón de Ifach. La equipación de la casa no puede ser más completa. El wifi funciona correctamente, y esperemos, eso sí, que se ponga TV en español. En resumen es una propiedad absolutamente recomendable para disfrutar en ella y del entorno. Volveremos.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé 15 jours, 4 adultes et 2 enfants dans cette villa. Vue splendide sur la baie de calpe au calme avec grande piscine très appréciée de nous tous. La cuisine d’été très pratique. La maison sur 3 niveaux permet une vie indépendante et malgré de nombreux escaliers nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances. Nous recommandons cette maison très propre et bien entretenue. Contact facile avec le propriétaire.

Nous avons séjourné dans la villa du 4 au 19 août 2017. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la vue splendide sur la baie de Calpe, la piscine et la climatisation! La villa est bien entretenue, très propre et bien équipée. Petits points négatifs : le wifi qui ne fonctionnait pas les premiers jours (cela a été résolu) et beaucoup d'escaliers pour accéder à l'appartement de la villa (pénible quand il faut monter les bagages et les courses). Le propriétaire est très sérieux et à l'écoute (merci pour la bouteille de vin dans le frigo!). En général nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour!

Einfach ein toller Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Haus mit Traumhaftem Blick aufs Meer und die Bucht von Calpe. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und angenehm. Der Vermieter oder die Agentur jederzeit erreichbar für Fragen. Der Verwalter vor Ort ist ebenfalls sehr nett und hat einem alles sehr gut erklärt und gezeigt. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen!

Stunning views over Calpe

The house is beautifully located in the hills overlooking the bay of Calpe, and the pictures almost doesn’t do the view justice – its even nicer! The main apartment/section of the house is nicely furnished although the Buddhist, silver / purple theme may not be to everyone’s taste. The second apartment is a little more 1980s style but absolutely livable. Pool and area around are very nice. Potential renters should be aware that you will have to navigate a number of stairs from the parking and pool area up to the house, but this shouldn’t be a big issue for healthy people. I’m deducting two star from our review because of the following, keeping in mind this an expensive property to rent: We complained to the landlord over the fact that the cleaning was poorly done prior to our arrival. There were dust bunnies etc floating around the corner and under the bed in our bedroom. Secondly, the promised broadband connection wasn’t working especially well at all. Wifi coverage is limited to the top floor of the house, and even sitting a few meters away from the router you shouldn’t expect 2016 levels of speed at all. On a good day you may be able to pull 1-2 mbit, but we had several days of no internet at all. If you are the type of person whom enjoy streaming radio, youtube, Netflix etc, your best bet will be your mobile roaming plan. If you only plan on checking the news or emails a couple of time a week, you can probably make do with the house internet.

Thanks for the comment. We have taken your complaint to heart and fix the problems. Internet is them well suited for normal work, email, surfing etc, but was not suitable for video streaming, video online games etc. and is inserted, but we will improve the Internet. (This is a holiday house not a business hotel!) The cleanliness: we are sorry if the house was not clean ? (Dust bunnies?) We changed the cleaning company. Furnishings: no comment; see the fotos. Has nothing to do with Buddhist theme, is only a small statue as a decoration. Thank you.

Alle Angaben waren korrekt, die Aussicht der absolute Wahnsinn. Die Vermieter sehr freundlich und zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung der Villa war sehr gut und sauber. Also alles im allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Sehr schöne Komfortvilla mit Traumsicht

Die Angaben im Onlineinserat bezüglich Lage und Ausstattung waren korrekt und übertraffen unsere Vorstellungen bei weitem. Die Villa war sehr sauber und äusserst gepflegt und gemackvoll eingerichtet. Wir wurden zu jeder Zeit optimal duch das Vermieterehepaar betreut. Wir können das Feriendomizil mit sehr gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. In Calpe hat es sehr gute Restaurants und gute Einkaufsmöklichkeiten.
