Schöne Wohnung, Flur und Küche ein bisschen eng. Alles ein wenig 80er Jahre. Großer umlaufender Balkon, aber kaum Sonne und nach Westen Aussicht auf Tiefgaragenhof. Der Eingang befindet sich im Hof, abgegrenzt durch Zaun und verschlossene Tore. Das fanden wir nicht schlecht. Positiv war auch der Tiefgaragenplatz. Allerdings auf dem benachbarten Tiefgaragenhof.

Super Lage. Schöne Wohnung, die etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Sauberkeit in Ordnung. Wir konnten bei einer Reinigungsfirma anrufen, da wir mit der Sauberkeit des Bodens nicht zufrieden waren. Toller Service.

Entschleunigend!

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt entspannend, leider ist Grömitz aber bezüglich der ÖPNV-Anbindung nicht so gut wie z.B Scharbeutz (keine Bahnanbindung, D-Ticket funktioniert nicht).PKW-Stellplatz top.Die Wohnung war schön gross, lediglich die Verdunkelung könnte besser sein, da man sonst früh von der Sonne geweckt wird .Die Lage war top.
