• Two of the bedrooms are ensuite with balconies. The third is served by a seperate shower/toilet. Beach/pool towels, beach umbrellas and chairs are provided. There are 6 sun lounger’s for use round the pool, and a secluded sun bathing area. Beach table and chairs are located in the garage. To the side of the Villa the BBQ area is ideal for a quiet al fresco meal, set in a part covered patio of 70 sq metres. There is a table and chairs in the covered patio for outside dining and a large u shaped sofa. Adjacent to the lounge there is a patio area (10 sq metres) overlooking the pool. The rear garden has a petaque court and a seating area amongst the fruit trees. For golfers there are golf clubs available and two pull trolleys.
