Stepped path (3 steps) to the house. Parking on the premises, single garage. Shop 300 m, supermarket 1 km, bus stop 2.3 km, railway station "Hospitalet de l'Infant" 3.5 km, sandy beach 1.2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
