Our holiday rental offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. It features one bedroom, a cosy kitchen-living room, and a bathroom. For relaxing time outdoors, there’s a terrace with barbecue facilities.

A parking space right next to the house provides added convenience, and bicycles are available for you to actively explore the surrounding area. Please note that the holiday rental is a smoke-free zone, so you can enjoy your stay in a fresh and clean atmosphere.

Note: Starting April 1, 2026, the municipality of Südbrookmerland will charge a 3% lodging tax on the total price. This amount is to be paid directly to the landlord.

Our 45 m² holiday rental is cosy and practically furnished, offering you everything you need for a relaxing stay. The living/dining area is equipped with a TV, while the compact kitchenette features an electric stove, a coffee maker, and a refrigerator for self-catering. The bathroom features a shower and a toilet.


Here you’ll find comfortable accommodation perfectly tailored to your needs!

The holiday rental is available for check-in starting at 12:00 PM. Check-out should therefore be completed by 10:00 AM. Alternative arrangements can be made. Payment is due upon departure. Any damages must be compensated. Prices are per night and include towels, bed linens, and final cleaning.
For bookings of fewer than 3 nights, there is a 5-euro surcharge.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 20:00, and check-out is from 07:00 to 10:00.
