Newly built holiday home, central, quiet and just minutes from the beautiful white sand beaches and pine forest of Budoni. Well located also for services, about 20 minutes from the port and airport of Olbia. Composed of two bedrooms, living room-kitchen, bathroom with shower, TV, climate, water reserve, large garden with parking space and outdoor shower. Furthermore, a few minutes from the house there are all the catering services, banks, medical services, pharmacies etc. We do not supply bed linen and towels. However, they can be rented on site at an additional cost of 10 Euros per person per week.
