I have been coming to this area for the last 20 yrs. and have had the condo available to guests for the last 10 yrs. I am from the upper mid-west and looking forward to retiring there some day. I enjoy fishing, swimming, golfing and sight seeing all over the world.

Why Mike Lawrence chose Iona
The location is close to the Fort Myers and Sanibel beaches. The condo is quality construction and well maintained by the condo association and local freindly neighbors. The club house is a nice resort style, and it has all the amenities - the pool/ jacuzzi is very relaxing and not crowded. Stores and restaurants are conviently located nearby with great selection.
