'La Nogalera' complex is the biggest complex in Torremolinos. It is situated in the heart of Torremolinos adjacent to the pedestrian square and street. It has over one acre of private grounds and has 2 huge swimming pools (over 200 m²) equipped with sun beds and umbrellas and a restaurant for residents only. It’s very central and close to shops, banks, post office, bars, discos, restaurants, supermarkets, and taxis, bus and train stations. The complex is 5 minutes walk to the main beach front (Paseo maritime with the famous beaches of “el bajondillo” and “la carihuela”) with its restaurants, shops, bars and the famous chiringuitos, 2,5 miles from Malaga airport, and 4 miles from Malaga city. The apartment is located on the 6th floor and has both sea and mountain views from its large balcony. Beautiful and spacious, the apartment is southwest facing. It has 85 m² and is completely renovated, furnished and tastefully decorated. It comes with 1 double bedroom, 5 built-in wardrobes, a very large living-dinning room (38 m²), 2 fully equipped bathrooms, a very large southwest facing terrace (20 m²). Air conditioning and a safe. Satellite TV; more than 150 channels in more than 10 different languages.

very central location in centre of town but suprisingly quiet and peaceful, nightlife shopping and beach all within very short distance of property, if you are after a sunny balcony this place has it all,non stop sun on balcony from lunchtime until sundown non stop sun!!!would i ever want to stay in the property again,yes,kitchen is small but equipped with every utensil and gadget to make home cooking vety easily done

A nice break in a splendid apartment

A nice apartment in a good location, fully equipped for a good relaxing stay. Access to 2 swimming pools, a nice restaurant/bar within the vicinity with good food, drinks reasonably priced. The building is surrounded by good bars, restaurants and shops.

A nice apartment

It is a very nice apartment and have everything you need. It is close to centrum and the metro. Ridha is very friendly. He met us at the metro and showed us the apartment and the area. There is a nice pool. I will recommend this apartment.

Great Location in Torremolinos

1. Property Manager - Ridha was very kind and helpful. He assisted us in getting discounted parking and also made sure thta the apartment was perfect 2. Location - Great location literally in the heart of Torremolinos on the main square. Plenty of restaurants near by. The beach is a short walk. There is a supermarket near by as well as coffee shops 3. Apartment - The apartment is tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. It slept a party of five very comfortably. There is an area in the main living room that is closed off with a curtain where there are two beds. With that, the master bedroom and the sofa, our party of 5 slept comfortably. There are two bathrooms and the kitchen is small but well provisioned. The patio is nice with views of the ocean. Paid parking is nearby. In addition, the there are two pools which were well maintained (but busy) with lifeguards

Great Location

Great location, only a few minutes by train from the airport (station about 100m walk across from the airport front doors) and then only about 50 meters from the station to the apartment block! Very central and apartment high enough to be free from noise. This apartment looks onto Calle Danza Invisible and We were a party of 3 adults & 2 teenage kids and found the rooms and balcony a good size - having two toilets/showers was a great help. Kitchen had all you need for meals in and there's a whole host of restaurants to choose from just round the corner - everything you want for self catering or eating out. Pools are a good size and loungers generally available. Beach about 10 min. walk away, although we found the pools to be more than enough. Owner, Ridha was extremely helpful and obviously knows how to look after his guest's. Apologies that it has taken us a while to write this review. We never go to the same place twice but seriously considered returning here again this year, as it is just so hassle free and has everything we need. If you have any reservations about booking, I can honestly say that this was even better than we had expected and can highly recommend it, plus is was excellent value, particularly when you can just hop off the plain and be in the apartment within about 30 minutes!

Nice and cosy apartment & great location

The apartment was as described. The location is perfect, close to the beach and train station. All the restaurants and shops are nearby. The kids loved the pool area which has also own restaurant. Contact with the owner was easy and he was really helpfull with the tour around and all the information given. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was the first time we had done self catering and it was a great experience. Ridha (the owner) was a fantastic help. He met us at the train station, took us to the apartment then showed us round the complex. The apartment is clean, spacious and has every utensil you may need during your stay. The complex has a good number of swimming pools with plenty of beds. The pool bar is cheap, you can grab a three course meal for 7 euros including a beer, as well as toasties, chicken nuggets, chips etc. The location of the apartment is right in the town centre and we enjoyed a few nights having a meal and drinks around the square. We hope to come back to this apartment as it fitted our needs and we had a great time.

Nous avons passé une fois de plus séjourné dans l’apprtement bien connu qui s’est révélé en tout point conforme à la description annoncée...il ne manque rien, la literie est excellente, la situation centrale est un plus. Le propriétaire est présent et toujours disponible, prêt à intervenir au moindre souci. A recommander sans hésitation.

Cela faisait 5 ans que nous n'étions pas venu à torremolinos, nous avons décidé de louer à nouveau un appartement à la Nogalera et surtout de louer à RHida .Comme à chaque fois nous avons été tout à fait ravi , vous arrivez dans un appartement très propre ,bien équipé ,situé idéalement . Le propriétaire est toujours là pour vous donnez de bonnes adresses bref vous pouvez louer les yeux fermés . On vous le recommande . Samuel

Moments magnifique

Du début à la fin notre séjour à été au top, un grand merci à M. Ridha qui a contribué à ce que notre séjour soit inoubliable. L'appartement est ultra propre et très bien équipé que se soit en ustensiles de cuisine ou un linge tout y est. La terrasse est agréable et la vue très sympa, 2 salle de bains sont top pour les familles. Petite attention dans le frigo avec des boissons. Les deux piscines au bas de la résidence juste extra et bien sécurisé. Les alentours sont juste au top avec un nombre incalculable de restaurants et bars. .. boutiques ... emplacement au top! Station de taxi juste devant et train à 20m sans les nuisances puisque enterré (style metro) idéal pour aller à malaga ou fuengirola. Nous ne connaissions pas torremolinos mais maintenant que nous avons découvert si nous devions revenir ça sera avec le même appartement je vous le conseille à 200%.

Highly recommended, with satisfaction!

Spacious, clean, well-equipped apartment, comfortable big size 4 beds (+ 1 sofa bed for 2), pretty balcony suitable as a living-dining area. Absolute central location (many bars, restaurants, food stores, shops around, underground railway station just in few steps distance and Malaga center / airport via train is in 15-20 minutes), nightlife noise does exist but not disturbing. Swimming pools are clean, relaxing, attached bar offers fair price refreshments and daily menu. Beach is well-maintained with sunbeds, but we can bring our own umbrella and put wherever we prefer. Nearest beach is accessible in a short walk, however one must climb stairs (cca 140 steps). We spent 9 days in June with 2 kids (ages 8 and 6), enjoyed very much our stay. The city, beach, apartment were all suitable for us, spanish people very kind, the apartment owner helpful (thank you!). Overall good price-value vacation. Would come back again.

Bon séjour à La Nogaléra

L'appart. était en tout point fidèle à la description. Ameublement très complet, équipement de cuisine comme verres, vaisselles, ustensiles etc. à profusion. N'étant pas à ma première visite avec le propriétaire, il est toujours aussi généreux de son temps si on a besoin d'info ou quoi que ce soit d'autres. Très bon séjour.

séjour comme d'habitude super agréable nous sommes toujours enchantés de retrouver les propriétaires et l'adorable alka ,nous apprêtions de retrouvé l'appartement du 6 étage avec tout son confort et très propre ,nous adorons la piscine et le soir notre petit profite des sorties nocturnes, nous ne tarderons pas de réservés pour 2017

Encore une grande réussite

Encore une fois ce voyage fût une réussite. Nous en sommes à notre 4ième visites et je peux vous affirmer que se ne sera pas la dernière. Les accommodations locatives répondent totalement et plus à toutes nos attentes. Ces appartements sont d'une extrême propreté. La situation géographique des appartements est également parfaite. Nous sommes à proximité des tous les services et attractions: métro, épicerie,restos, plage, rue St Miquel etc. Les proprios sont très accueillants et disponibles. Je conseille ces appartements à 100%. D'une fois à l'autre mon seul bémol est que je dois quitter pour revenir chez-moi. Maryse, Trois-Rivières, Québec, Canada
