• BeachfrontDunes Club is Beachfront with the Gulf of Mexico. There is a flat, straight boardwalk approximately 300 yards long to access the beach. The beach is seldom crowded.
• OceanfrontThe white sand beach is wide and has shells. Some local residents drive on the beach to fish. The dunes are low ones due to the recent major hurricane (Michael). The waves are gentle.
• Water viewYou can see the water from the decks and inside of the condo. Shrimp boats can be seen at night in the distance.
