Comfortable villa with large enclosed garden of 1800 m2, view on pine trees.

Beautiful villa ideally located (1000m from the ocean, 1000m from the golf course and 600m from the city center).
Access to cycle-paths right in front of the villa.
The large garden of 1800m2 at the back holds the south-facing terrace, whereas to the side sits the east-facing terrace, covered for more freshness.
The villa can accommodate up to 8 people: two double bedrooms with a 160-bed each (one with ensuite bathroom), one bedroom with 2 bunk single beds, plus a chalet in the garden with 2 single beds, turned into a double bed if necessary.
2 showerooms and 2 toilets add up to the list, together with a kitchen equipped with a pyrolysis oven, a microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, 1 coffee maker, 1 electric kettle, 1 toaster, 1 citrus press, 1 mixer and 1 mixer.

Please note for stays of less than 7 nights:
- Beds will be made at your arrival (although sheets are provided)
- You will also be responsible for the cleaning and a 100€ deposit check will be given on arrival and cashed if not done.

Ein toller Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus.

Wir waren in der wunderschönen Villa mit 4 Erwachsenen 2 Teenagern und einem Hund. Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen. Zusätzlich könnten auch noch 2 weitere Personen in einer kleinen Hütte neben dem Haus schlafen. Das Haus war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was wir für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt haben. Die beiden Badezimmer sind noch sehr neu und auch die Betten in den Schlafzimmern waren sehr gut. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Bei schönem Wetter haben wir meistens den neuen Webergrill genutzt. Es gibt eine große überdachte Terrasse vor dem Haus, wo man auch, wenn es mal regnet, geschützt essen und sitzen kann. Hinter dem Haus im Garten gibt es weitere schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten. Das große Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, so das man den Hund (oder kleine Kinder) gefahrlos laufen lassen kann. Die Autos können ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück geparkt werden. Ein Bäcker ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Das Zentrum und Uferpromenade erreicht man in ca.15 Minuten zu Fuß. Eine besondere Erwähnung verdient die Betreuerin des Hauses Marie-Noelle. Sie hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns auch während unseres Aufenthaltes bei allen Fragen immer super lieb weitergeholfen. So eine freundliche und engagierte Betreuung haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub den wir sofort wieder buchen würden.

Gute Location mit großem Garten und zentrumsnah!

Wir haben unsere Urlaubsdestination im wesentlichen so angetroffen wie in der Auschreibung beschrieben. Die etwas ältere Bausubstanz wurde optisch und substanziell aufgehübscht; z.B. beide Badezimmer mit Dusche.Funktional gab es generell keine Probleme. Zu Beginn hatten wir allerdings in der Küche und in einem Bad für 2 Tage kein warmes Wasser wegen eines Elektronikproblems das aber vom Eigentümer (Landlord) persönlich gelöst wurde. Insbesondere für Hundebesitzer können wir die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.Erwähnen sollte man noch dass im Haupthaus nur Schlafmöglichkeiten für 6 Personen gegeben sind. 2 weitere befinden sich in einem kleinen Gartenhaus ohne Sanitäreinrichtung zu dem wir keinen Zutritt hatten.

Großes schönes Haus, leider nur teilrenoviert

Großes Haus mit einem großen umzäunten Garten, praktisch mit Hunden; aber: pro Hund und Woche 50 Euro; recht zentral: in gut 10 Minuten zu Fuß in der Ortsmitte erreicht, in ca. 15 Minuten am Zentralstrand und in ca. 20 Minuten am Nordstrand. Kostenloses WLAN, genug Platz, um mindestens 3 Autos abzustellen. Ausstattung mit Handtüchern und Bettwäsche sehr gut. Alle erforderlichen Reinigungsmittel vorhanden ebenso Spüllappen und Geschirrtücher. Sauberkeit des Hauses gut. Das Haus ist schon etwas älter und leider nur teilrenoviert. Ein großes Schlafzimmer mit daneben einem großen Badezimmer, ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit zwei Stockbetten und ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit einem kleinen Badezimmer mit Dusche und Toilette. Dieses Badezimmer ist erst vor kurzem komplett renoviert worden und daher in sehr gutem Zustand. Das größere Badezimmer ist dagegen nur teilrenoviert wie auch die daneben liegende Toilette und daher in nicht so gutem Zustand. Die Betten haben gute Matratzen und gute Decken. Im Garten stehen eine Reihe von Gartenmöbeln, bei denen teilweise allerdings Erneuerungsbedarf besteht. Es gab einige Defekte z.B. beim Tor, dem Toilettensitz sowie dem Sonnenschirm, die leider nur teilweise beseitigt wurden. Als kleine Entschädigung gab es vom Eigentümer zwei Flaschen Champagner. Nicht gut: In der letzten Woche dürfen die Mülleimer nicht genutzt werden, sondern der gesamte Müll muss zu einem einige hundert Meter entfernten öffentlichen Containerplatz gebracht werden.

Séjour parfait!

Super séjour dans une maison tout confort ou toutes les pièces sont très spacieuse et ou même notre chienne s’est énormément plu grâce a un jardin clos immense! Denis et Marie Noelle était la pour nous accueillir et nous remettre les clés. Ils ont su prendre le temps pour tout nous expliquer en détail. Mention spéciale a Marie Noelle tres a l’écoute, réactive et tres arrangeante pour acceder a nos quelques demandes. Le tout avec le sourire (et de grands éclats de rires!). Petite suggestion : une table de ping-pong trouverait parfaitement sa place devant la maison ou il y a beaucoup de place et ne gênerait en rien. Ce serait un vrai plus. Quoiqu’il en soit, merci et a bientôt j’espère! C.

Pure Entspannung

Wir, Familie mit Teenagern und Hund, hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus. Das große Anwesen war optimal für unseren Hund und unter den Schattenspendenden Pinien konnte man prima faulenzen und/oder Yoga praktizieren. Unsere Kontaktperson war sehr gewissenhaft, freundlich und zuvorkommend! Wir würden immer wieder kommen!

Effectivement, il y a eu une fuite sur l'un des 2 chauffes-eau, celui alimentant la salle de bain, provoquant un court circuit sur l'alimentation électrique qui chauffe l'eau de cette salle de bain. Comme vous vous en souviendrez, nous avons été réactifs : notre "homme à tout faire" a vérifié le tableau électrique dans la foulée le matin-même, nous vous avons rappelé le soir (à 22h30) après avoir reçu votre message écrit, nous avons contacté l'électricien et le plombier le lendemain matin, et avons eu la chance que le plombier se rende disponible sous les 2 jours pour résoudre le problème. Vous devez savoir qu'une panne ne prévient pas. Je vous rappellerai que nous n'avons reçu aucune plainte de votre part sur la première partie de votre séjour, au contraire avons même reçu le "nous passons de très belles vacances dans votre maison" le 12/09, soit 9 jours après votre arrivée. Alors oui nous ne vous avons pas fait de geste commercial. Nous vous en avons expliqué la raison par écrit. En quelques mots : le propriétaire aurait répondu favorablement à votre demande, eûtes-vous eu une attitude autre que procédurière et de mauvaise foi. Marie-Noëlle, pour Denis Grethen

Die Übergabe war sehr freundlich und angenehm. Das Haus ist der perfekte Ort für einen Familienurlaub. Der große Garten mit Liegen und Hängematte lädt ebenso zum Ausruhen ein, wie zum Ballspielen etc. Die Straße vor dem Haus hört man hinten (da sind auch die Schlafzimmer) gar nicht. Die Radwege sind direkt vor der Tür. Zum Strand nur ein paar Minuten zum See nur gute 4km. Kurz: Alles wunderbar!

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Das Objekt ist gerade für größere Familien hervorragend zum entspannen geeignet. Es hat 2 separate Badezimmer 3 Schlafzimmer im Haupthaus sowie eine weitere Schlafmöglichkeit mit Doppelzimmer in der Lodge. Ein großzügiger Außenbereich lädt zum entspannen ein. Auf der überdachten Terrasse kann man sehr gut die Mahlzeiten einnehmen. Hierfür steht ein Weber Kugelgrill zur Verfügung.

Super séjour !!!

Très bien accueilli dans cette belle propriété, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La maison est spacieuse et très bien équipée. Les 2 couchages dans l'annexe sont atypiques, mais confortables, ils ont été plébiscités. Un grand jardin et 1 terrasse demi-couverte sont un vrai plus. A réserver les yeux fermés.

Viel Platz in schöner Lage

Das Haus liegt gut platziert zwischen Meer und See. Lacanau-Ocean ist zu Fuß erreichbar, der See mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto. Tolle Strände mit klarem Wasser machen viel Spaß. Die Villa ist gut und vollständig ausgestattet, die Kontaktpersonen freundlich.

Summerholidays in Lacanau-Ocean

We stayed at Lacanau-Ocean with the family for three weeks. The house was beautiful with a big garden and a nice hammock and Marie-Noëlle (the housekeeper) was lovely and always had an open ear for questions. We really enjoyed our time and would recommend to stay at this house to everyone.

Marie and her family are a dream-family as holiday makers! Gorgeous vibes coming out of this mum, dad and 3 young adult daughters, seemingly extremely helpful, thank you to all 3 for the translations into English and German. The house was left in perfect condition. Would absolutely welcome this family again.

Jolie maison idéalement située, confortable et bien équipée

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine entre amis malgré le temps un peu capricieux! Maison propre, idéalement située (nous avons tout fait à pied...restos, plage) & boulangerie et location de vélos à 5min à pied, arrêt de bus pour Bordeaux en face de la maison, bien équipée et literie très confortable! + très bon contact avec les propriétaires! Merci pour cette belle semaine. Nous espérons revenir :)
