Please note we own and manage this apartment ourselves and we are available 24 x 7 should the need arise. As we say we are close enough to respond quickly, far enough away to leave you to enjoy the space. We employ fellow professionals to clean and launder for us - but we make sure everything is in tip top condition. Certified by VisitBritain & Visit England and The AA - we adhere to Government and public health guidance, have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment and checked we have the required processes in place.

Why Philip chose Exeter
We have lived in Exeter since 2012 and wanted to give others the chance to experience the city we love and have grown to call home. We looked for a long time to find a central, but quiet, large two double bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, that also had onsite parking. Not an easy brief, but one we now know is appreciated by the hundreds of guests that have stayed and made kind comments.
What makes this Apartment unique
From the outset our goal was to deliver a service - not just a rental apartment. After all we're in the hospitality business. This is what defines us the combination of the product and our service. We believe our reviews across many platforms demonstrate that we are succeeding - but the next guest is always the most important. As a recent guest commented “We have stayed in many places around Exeter, but this is by far the best!” another that it was “PERFECT in every way!”
