FYI we also have a double sofa bed available upon request situated in the lounge PLEASE ADVISE the owner at time of booking that you require this. All our bedding is high thread count & the beds are all fitted with toppers making them super comfy.
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.

It was just the right size & price for us - great kerb appeal even prior to the renovation & in exactly the perfect location for Nigel to get to his 'remote' spots for sunrise and sunset. The abundance of local shops including pubs & cafes meant I could have a 'tipple' without worrying about driving home.
What makes this Cottage unique
Large master bedroom with exposed beams but with plenty of headroom. Secure courtyard for toddlers & dogs. Entrance is not direct off the street into the lounge meaning the lounge remains snug and private. Situated on a corner you can watch the world go around and sun shines on the front of the property in the morning and then on the end directly into the courtyard in the afternoon & early evening - perfect.
