We have an extra lot so there is extra room for enjoying the outdoors. Enclosed yard for families with little ones. Shared firepit in the yard for evenings. Please be sure to turn the firepit off when you are not sitting by it and be respectful to our neighbors in regards to noise. Please finish by 10pm.

Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
