The Cape Place, West Yarmouth

Cathedral ceilings give spaciousness to a house that easily accommodates a family. This is a year-round home with three bedrooms, a loft and two full bathrooms with upper deck access from the master and second bedrooms. There is an outside shower with hot/cold water for rinsing off from the beach. The washer and dryer are on the premises. Like most homes we have a TV, Stereo, cable and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is completely equipped with microwave, coffee maker, blender, hand mixer, toaster oven, dishwasher, pots, pans, a lobster pot, utensils, dishes, silverware, glasses and stemware. The back deck includes a picnic table with umbrella, outdoor chairs and grill. Our home is at the end of a dead end off of a dead end making it particularly appealing to people with young children.
