The property was very comfortable, spotlessly clean with good quality furnishings, linen etc. The bathroom was a little small but adequate. We did have a problem with the air conditioning as the thermostat was located in the building above us and we had to download an app is order to operate it. I'm not sure if it was our UK phone or unfamiliarity with apps that made this impossible but as we were only here for 1 night, this wasn't a major issue.

Perfect Location, Spacious, Historic area. Main street which is 1 block away is just like a storybook. Everyone loves this area.

What makes this property unique

It is in Historic Downtown and right across the street from the new Shakespeare theatre.
Also close to and in the middle of national parks and amazing places to see. Zion National Park, Grand Canyon, Kolob, Knarville falls, Brianhead ski resort, Arches National Park, Moab, Bryce Canyon, Southern Utah University sports etc, Utah Summer games, Iron man in Saint George, Tour of Utah, 2 1/2 hours to Las Vegas, 3 1/2 hours to Salt Lake City, airport 3 miles away, Good stop on the way to Island National park, Jackson Hole Wyoming.
