Spacious cottage renovated in 2013, in a Bay of Lac Simon and positioned on the side of the lake giving us the privilege to admire the splendid sunset on the water late every evening. Chalet directly at the water's edge giving access to a superb 100 'wide beach perfect for water activities.

Great place for many people

This cottage is great for a group, everything provided is in great condition and very clean. We visited in the winter and had fun sledding in the backyard. It would be absolutely gorgeous in the warmer months with the beach/lake right out the back door. The kitchen was great for a large group. It had 2 full size fridges and lots of cooking equipment. We had poor cell service (just a note if that's necessary for future guests). Also there are additional charges for firewood and wifi (daily rate). This information was not included in the ad and surprised us when we arrived. You have to contact the manager to access wood/wifi once you arrive. Otherwise, I would recommend this rental for a large group.

Fantastic place, fantastic location, fantastic communication

This place was a tremendous experience. There was a lot of room, very well maintained, nice beach. The place is even better than the pictures. Jonathan was fantastic to deal with and communicates immediately. I highly recommend this place!! Cet endroit était une expérience formidable. Il y avait beaucoup de place, très bien entretenu, belle plage. L'endroit est encore meilleur que les images. Jonathan a été fantastique à gérer et communique immédiatement. Je recommande vivement cet endroit!
