Ideal para família ou grandes grupos

Atendeu às minhas necessidades. Boa localização, próximo à comércios. Acredito que devido à pandemia, o local está bem barulhento, pois as crianças e adolescentes ficam o dia todo na área comum. O condomínio é bem organizado e os porteiros são muito gentins e educados.

Apto muito confortável e completo em um bairro muito agradável

Adorei o apartamento! Tudo novinho, muito limpo, confortável, roupa de cama e banho ótimos e vários utensílios na cozinha. O condomínio também é maravilhoso, ambiente super familiar, vizinhos prestativos. O prédio possui elevador e carrinho de compras, o que me ajudou muitas vezes. O corretor e o dono do apartamento são pessoas excepcionais, muito simpáticos, prestativos e compreensivos. Estou muito contente com tudo!
