About this property

Beautiful newly renovated luxurious apartment in a residential complex (not holiday rental). It has 3 magnificent luxurious balconies, the main one with private BBQ facilities. The property backs onto the Cascade Gardens and the Nerang river. It is a 7 min walk to the beach, and similar to the main restaurant strip in Broadbeach.

Upstairs is the main bedroom and ensuite, and also two huge private balconies.
Downstairs is another ensuite bedroom with a Queen bed and also another bedroom with two king singles. Downstairs we also have living, dining, laundry and lovely sitting balcony overlooking the pool.

The complex also has a pool and spa as well as a gym.

Please note that unfortunately the building does not have an elevator and the apartment is only accessible by 3 flights of stairs.

Great apartment, comfortable, quiet location but still handy to the beach and restaurants, shops etc. Would definitely recommend.

Great apartment and excellent location

We spent New Year's Eve here, and it was an excellent apartment for our family. There was plenty of room both inside and out. Our kids loved the pool.

Beautiful apartment close to everything

Amazing location- just a very short walk to Florida Gardens station that you can use to travel north to Surfer's and on to the theme parks or south for shopping and airport. Easy walk to the beach. The apartment is a great layout, plenty of space for a family.
