The Reynolds House allows for 10 guests and features spacious rooms with 12ft ceilings and luxury amenities, including: Master bedroom suite with King Bed and en-suite bathroom with large shower and double vanity, Living/Dining Room with dinner table (seats 8), large sectional couch, Upstairs Guest Room with Two Queen Beds, Upstairs Guest Room with Two Twin Beds, Full Bathroom with additional vanity and media nook, Full Kitchen with all new appliances including fridge, oven/stove, toaster, Keurig Coffee Maker, Porch with Outdoor Furniture, Four 55’ TVs with Hulu Live TV, High Speed Internet, and Washer / Dryer. The home was absolutely beautiful and a perfect location for our brief stay… Beautiful setting and super convenient to the locations where we made plans.. We will definitely stay at your residence again..

Nice but will not return

Our stay here was for a non-wedding event in Winter Haven. Very lovely area and great water views. Check-in was easy. The interior was clean and neat. Well-stocked linens. But that is where it ended. After we arrived and started to unpack, we noticed in the master bathroom (downstairs) that the tub/shower area grout was black. Obviously mold. An unpleasant surprise, and we certainly did not want to use that shower. We ended up using the shower in the upstairs bathroom. For the price of this unit, we were surprised. It was not acceptable for us. Also, in the evening, we like to relax and watch TV. I would have to say that the sofa was very uncomfortable for any length of time. Our friends asked how our stay was at the Adam’s Estate. We just took out our phone and showed them the pictures of the master bathroom shower. With such a high price for the unit, we won’t be returning and we cannot recommend it.

Wonderful stay!

Our family loved this location and stay. The home and property were beautiful. Very relaxing after a long day at LegoLand! Would definitely stay again and recommend it!

The property was originally developed as a private residence by Dr. Charles W. Adams—a founding settler of Lake Alfred, Florida— and his wife, Emmie Reynolds Adams. Over the years, the Estate has served as a cherished gathering place for private weddings and celebrations. The property has since been passed down to the family’s third generation, who have carefully maintained its timeless grace and classic charm. The Estate is being transformed into boutique destination resort for weddings, reunions and other events.
