• Notes on accommodation: The lounge is comfortable and newly furnished. It has patio windows leading onto the terraced areas. The separate dining area is elegantly furnished looking pleasing to the eye and offering a large patio window to allow you to enjoy the lovely balmy evenings whilst eating. The lay out of the kitchen allows you views of the dining area and lounge. The master bedroom is large and spacious. It comes with en suite bathroom and fully fitted wardrobes. Second bedroom also has an en-suite which can either have 2 single beds or a double depending on your preference. The third bedroom has a shower room adjacent to it. The kichten has everything for day to day living. The beautiful porch area is furnished with a “sweep fan” and a chair for the comfort of anybody looking for a quiet reading area away from the family noise. Off this hall area you will come upon a separate laundry area which houses a washing machine, drying area and a sink to allow you to keep up to date with the laundry. Outside: The villa has lower gardens and “off road” parking leading to the villa entrance, pool area and mature gardens offering a plethora or exotic plants. The pool area is enclosed and not overlooked without spoiling your view of the surrounding countryside. The pool is surrounded by artificial grass which is ideal for toddlers and ensures that you do not burn your feet in the heat. There is plenty of garden furniture and a barbeque for outdoor eating. The villa is very child friendly. The Manager is English speaking and on call 24 hours per day. Utility Room: Washing machine, sink, drying area.Cycle storage area for those keen cyclists and surfers. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: There is a weekly maid service and baby sitting service, all linen provided. Extra maid service available for a small charge. Beach towels, baby equipment can be provided. Other: Casa Cobra has a delightful entrance porch where you can sit and enjoy the peace of early morning while you enjoy a little quiet relaxation. It also has a lovely sweep fan overhead to keep you cool.
