Notes

• Notes on accommodation: Suitable for children of all ages. French windows from living room balcony to roof terrace (at first floor level) provide good natural ventilation. Central heating (if required!). Small pets may be permitted at the discretion of the owner, please enquire. Outside: Private pool 8 x 4m. 1.2m to 1.6m deep, protected by floating electrically driven security cover. We have a salt water pool system which allows the pool to operate on very low levels of chlorine. Pool normally open 15 May to 30 September (can be available earlier or later on request; an additional charge may apply). Solar heated poolside shower. Shaded terrace with pergola and sun blind. Small Mediterranean garden between pool and road and around the side of the villa. Barbecue, sun loungers, sunshade, teak dining table and chairs for six on shaded terrace. Washing line near kitchen at rear. Utility Room: Washing machine, medicine cabinet, cleaning equipment, iron and ironing board, second fridge/freezer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels (but not beach towels) included. Cleaning and laundry after each rental included. Maid service or mid stay change of linen available by separate arrangement with house manager (not included). Other: Free Wi-Fi internet access available. Telephone available for incoming calls and for free outgoing calls to all UK, European and US landlines, but not to mobiles or non-geographic numbers. Large hall with ample storage.
