We and our wives have owned Casa Maria since 2003 and after extensive renovation work we began renting it 10 years ago in 2005. We have been very successful and past guests have been very kind in their remarks. Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
