Top 2nd floor Apartment overlooking Cala D'Or Marina, south east Mallorca
Description of sleeping capacity: Sleeps 4 in beds (2 bedrooms) and there is a folding cot for a baby or infant. Notes on bedrooms: Master bedroom with king size bed, fitted wardrobe and bedside cabinets and lamps. It has an en-suite bathroom and direct access to balcony. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, bedside cabinet, shelf unit and wardrobe. All bed linen and a cot is provided.

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property that is caused by you or your party during your stay.

- If travelling is prohibited by your country or Spain, you could get refund of paid monies. No other circumstances money will be reimbursed.
- We collect Eco tax from age 16 which is 2€ per person/day for the first 8 days, each day after is 1€ per person/day. In low season, the amount differs

About Valerie & Brian Martin
We are a married, semi retired couple, living in the UK with grown up sons and have spent several holidays (and business trips) to Mallorca. When we had the leisure time to enjoy a holiday home we researched the market and decided Cala D,or and El Puerto 1 best achieved our criteria and budget and we haven't regretted it!

Why Valerie & Brian Martin chose Cala d'Or
I had spent several years involved with the marine leisure boat industry, which included visiting the Palma Boat Show where I had English clients with Boat Sales operations based in Cala D'or Marina. I visited the area frequently at all times of the year and found it had something for everybody, from vibrant night life and sophisticated restaurants to secluded peaceful calas, wonderful varied countryside with traditional villages and fishing ports nearby and only 45 minutes drive from the airport. The views, specification, layout and location of the apartment were ideal.
What makes this Apartment unique
The property is a 3 minute walk to the marina and local shops,and enjoys the benefits and views of being slightly out of the town centre, although this is only a pleasant 10 minute stroll away. Being a modern development, it incorporates the latest fixtures and fittings and with its balcony and roof terrace offers versatile living space and outstanding views.
