Description of sleeping capacity: Sleeps 4 Maximum (1 Bedroom ) and large sofa bed in lounge for 2 adults Notes on bedrooms: Bedroom with king size bed. Built in wardrobes with shelves, mini safe, 2 x chest of drawers marble topped. Bedside tables. Bedside lamps, we can take a small child (under 2 for free) and provide a foldaway bed but you are responsible for the safety of your child. Older children are charged for and sleep on the sofa bed but you must provide your own protective sheet for the sofa bed against bed wetting or a charge will be made for cleaning. Large shower room with toilet and mirror wall and counter, Lounge, diner and Kitchen in the other half of the apartment all new and modern

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property that is caused by you or your party during your stay.

- Damage caused by spray tan to the sheets, pillows will be charged for in the security deposit as it can not be laundered out. 25 to 50 GBP to replace.
- If you have Children with bed-wetting issues please bring an appropriate cover or pull ups etc otherwise we have to charge to clean the bed properly.
All towels and bedding washed in hot water that’s at least 60ºC

Hi my name is Tracy I live at the house with my family and one Russian Blue cat, Boris and a scruffy Moggie called Gizmo and a beautiful dont what but called Missu and our old Dalmatian Sheena who sleeps in the house nearly all the time and doesn't bother anyone. Your terrace is fenced off from the rest of the property so that Sheena does not have access, the cats & sheena do not enter the apartment. We moved into the house in August 2000 and have loved it here ever since. Mostly I love the weather here. To wake up with blue skies and the sun shining every morning is what has kept us here this long. The beach and many fabulous restaurants are just a short drive from the house, the markets with fresh vegetables and salad ingredients are open daily and to go out for the day with a picnic just seems to make sense. We moved to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in the UK and found that here, we could just sit with friends, have a drink and relax. We hope you can too. We bought this house here as we needed a large house for our family to visit and we wanted a nice private garden with an apartment below the main house. We loved the mountain views and the drive up through the vineyards from Sitges, The vines change colour all year and you see them changing from thin brown stalks in winter through to lime green leaves bursting in Spring to vines full of grapes in August and then burning reds and oranges in Autumn after the harvest takes place. To drive down to Sitges every morning to work and as you go up that last hill into the town the Azure blue Mediterranean and the Sun rising is there on the horizon in front of you, it just brings a wonderful smile to your face.
