About Paul Holt / John Kenworthy
We started building in Kefalonia in 2005 where myself and my wife built our own villa in a small village called Zola. Straight after completion myself and John decided to buy more land and build some rental properties after seeing the potential Zola has to offer. Our aim is to build five villas for rental and offer luxury Villas and a service to match. You can contact either of us any time and we will be only to glad to answer your questions and try and make your Greek Holiday the escape your looking for.
Paul Holt / John Kenworthy purchased this Villa in 2006
Why Paul Holt / John Kenworthy chose Argostoli
Zola is a small quiet sleepy fishing village in a central location of Kefalonia. There are four / five restaurants and two local beaches, in the small harbour you can hire a small motor boat which allows you to explore the private beaches only accessible by boat. Zola is 40 minutes away from the airport and 20 minutes away from Lixouri. Also accessible are Agi Efima (30minutes) Assos (25 minutes) Fiscardo (40 minutes). This is a very quiet village and brings meaning to the saying you can hear a pin drop.
Property managers rent properties as a business.
