We are hardworking parents with two sons. We have enjoyed holidays in Turkey for many years and in that time, have made lots of friends and look forward to catching up with them in each visit. Like most families, we long for our holidays and having tried package holidays and latterly private villa holidays, we found that a villa holiday best suited our needs and desires so much so, we bought our own. We suit ourselves as to where, when and what we eat; we have privacy at our own pool and BBQ and only have a short walk to the sea and local shops and restaurants; we have ample beds, bedrooms, comfort, sun, shade, indoor and outdoor space to meet our own family requirements. Our holidays are relaxing and move at a pace set only by us - that's the beauty of a villa holiday.

Why Claire chose Altinkum
Villa Esma is located on the outskirts of Altinkum, in a quieter part of town called Yesilkent, translated as ‘Green Town’. Yesilkent is set on a peninsula backed by lush, green countryside, surrounded by the warm Aegean sea, with views across to Akbuk bay and mountains beyond. The villa is situated on a quiet and pretty street, with friendly seasonal and residential neighbours of various nationalities. The road into Yesilkent terminates in the village itself, therefore there is no through traffic. Some entrances to the village are gated, making the area safe and quiet. A short five minute ride on the dolmus (minibus) which costs about seventy pence and runs about every fifteen minutes (during peak season), will take you to the bustling Altinkum beach front and town centre.
What makes this Villa unique
Villa Esma is air-conditioned, and is fully equipped to make any stay as relaxing as possible with all linen and towels, inc. beach/pool towels provided. Dining options: on the roof terrace with table, chairs, stone BBQ and outdoor sink; on ground floor at front and rear of the villa, both with table, chairs and another stone BBQ; inside dining with french doors to poolside open or closed - the choice is yours! Of course, you may opt to eat out at one of the local restaurants. The pool is for the sole use of Villa Esma guests. This facility is complemented with cushioned sun-loungers, an outdoor shower, and lighting for practicality and creating ambiance to any evening. The villa is comfortably and tastefully furnished with total relaxation in mind. Guests should find it a home from home.
