• Notes on accommodation: The villa is fully air-conditioned in all rooms and there are ceiling fans in the lounge and all of the bedrooms. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms, sleeping up to 6 people. The Master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, walk in wardrobe and full en-suite facilities. The second bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobe. The third bedroom has twin beds with a fitted wardrobe. There is a second bathroom with bath and shower. Hair-dryers provided in both bath-rooms with towels for both bath and beach. The villa has its own solar-heated/heated (electric pool heater for the winter months) private pool, which is fully screened to protect you from the insects, yet still allowing you to catch the sun. The pool is 28ft in length and 16ft wide. There are sun loungers and easy chairs. During those sunny days, relax around the pool on the full-length loungers or just 'read the book' under the umbrella. In the warm evenings dine al-fresco with the table and seating for six. A BBQ is available. Outside: Private pool 28ft by 16ft - solar heated - free (throughout April - October) Electric heating can be provided from November to March and an additional cost.For your sole use. Gas BBQ for dining al-fresco. Sun loungers and separate dining table for six and smaller breakfast table , seating 4. Screened pool area for protection against insects whilst allowing to catch the sun. Utility Room: Utility room/garage contains washing machine and tumble dryer with easy access through the villa.Adequate washing materials provided. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels and bedlinen are included (beach towels included), property cleaned on arrival - additional cleaning service is available on request (fee applies).Beach chairs are also available inside the garage, with umbrellas for days on the beach. Other: Dining area with glass topped table to seat six, overlooking the pool.
