- During our refurbishment in we ensured that the apartment has the ingredients needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Ideal for anyone in need of a seaside break and is suitable for families, couples or friends. The garden is south facing and lovely for sunny breakfasts and barbecues. The kitchen has sea views and open this and the open plan living make cooking in this new kitchen a real joy. The beach is just across the road from the bottom of the garden and when the tide is out provides a great play area. The sandy beach is gently shelving making it suitable for paddling and swimming. Outside: Private garden with lawn and seating areas, sun deck, garden furniture and barbecue. Parking for two cars behind the property. It is permissible to park in the passing place close to the property entrance for loading and unloading only. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and a bath towel per guest plus hand towels in bathroom are included and, the property is thoroughly cleaned during each changeover. During longer stays you are welcome to a weekly clean by request. Other: BT internet, "iluv" - Ipad, Iphone, Ipod and MP3 docking station for playing your own music

Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

Katharine and Trevor Bailey bought Headland View (now the Net Loft) in May 2012 at auction with a plan to refurbish and re-launch it for the 2013 holiday season. It was already let for the 2012 holiday season and so they were not able to start their "hands on" refurbishment until October 2012. In January stage one of the refurbishment was complete just in time for a re-visit from the BBC programme "Homes Under The Hammer". Kate is an artist and Trevor is a pilot involved with flying and displaying classic/vintage aircraft . They live in Cheltenham and bought Headland view as their holiday home so that during low season periods they can indulge their love of the sea and of walking their two dogs - who both love their coastal walks and a daily swim.

Why Katharine Bailey chose Mevagissey
We loved the beach side location and the peace and quiet. It is also useful to have car parking and it was important for us to have a garden with a sea view for al fresco dining. The local pub has proved to be a great place for getting to know the locals and for dinner when we just don't want to cook. We like Mevagissey because it is a very pretty working Cornish fishing harbour and less touristy than many other local seaside villages. We very much enjoy the access to fresh fish and some very good local restaurants.
What makes this apartment unique
When we were looking for a property we listed sea views, parking, two bathrooms and a sunny garden as essentials and this was the one property that ticked all of these boxes for us.
