Ask a questionAbout Anthony and Theresa Robertshaw
We live in West Yorkshire and have always loved the Yorkshire Dales, having visited regularly as children. We usually go for walks from Keld, one of our favourites is to follow the river Swale down to Muker. A gentle stroll of just over 3 miles, much of it through wild flower meadows. We also cycle, usually on the road. One of our favourite runs, when we are feeling fit, is up to Tan Hill, down Arkengarthdale to Reeth and then back up Swaledale past Gunnerside and Muker.
Anthony and Theresa Robertshaw purchased this cottage in 2011
Why Anthony and Theresa Robertshaw chose Muker
In 2011 we had the opportunity of buying Patna which we renovated with with the help of a talented , local builder. We live around 60 miles away and visit most weekends.
What makes this cottage unique
The main thing we like about visiting keld is the peace and quiet, to get away from the cares of the week and have a relaxing time away.
