Ask a questionAbout Beth Bell
The apartment is owned by Fife Historic Buildings Trust, a local Building Preservation Trust. It is a company limited by guarantee and has charitable status. It was formed in 1997 primarily for the purpose of saving and restoring historic buildings in Fife which are at risk. We are very proud of our beautiful historic building and would love to welcome you here. We have three holiday apartments: Kinghorn Town Hall, John McDouall Stuart View - Dysart and Cupar Burgh Chambers.
Beth Bell purchased this apartment in 2012
Why Beth Bell chose Dysart
The apartment is nice and peaceful, and Dysart is a lovely place to visit if you just want to relax or if you want to use it as a base whilst you visit various places throughout Scotland. At Fife Historic Buildings Trust, our focus is restoring historic buildings and giving them a new purpose. When we first restored John McDouall Stuart View, it was originally a John McDouall Stuart Museum ran by Fife Council. The museum was unfortunatley not busy enough to remain open so FHBT took control of the property and converted it into an apartment.
What makes this apartment unique
The beautiful sea views across the Firth and Forth, really make this apartment shine. By staying in this property you will be contribute to the restoration of this and other historic properties throughout Fife.
