Richard & Annika are owner/directors of a Company specialising in irrigation services. we have owned Casa Dos Phineiros for 14 years and would live there for half the year if we didn't have to work! Richard is English and Annika is Dutch, we live in Northamptonshire and have two Children.

We Fell in love with the house, views and area back in 2006, so much so we spent our pension on it!
What makes this Villa unique
Our house " Casa dos Pinheiros", newly completed in Summer 2006, is a modern, air-conditioned single-storey villa in true Portuguese style. Set on top of a hill with excellent views of the medieval town of Obidos and the world’s largest natural lagoon leading to the sea. The house is situated in the lovely village of Capeleria only 45 minutes drive from the airport at Lisbon. The house has four bedrooms which sleep eight comfortably. Two bathrooms, one en-suite and one with a Jacuzzi bath. With a living accommodation comprising a lounge, dining area, kitchen with breakfast bar and utility room along with a 12m x 5m infinity swimming pool and large terrace with BBQ. Set in 6000 square meters of gardens and orchard with over 500 peach and plum trees. stunning views of the sea and the medieval town of Obidos. Restaurants within walking distance and a bar with beer at 1€ per bottle!
